New Heaven

NEW HEAVEN
The Kingdom Yet to Come
There exists an old prophecy buried beneath the oldest foundations of Nox Aurelia.
The Arc Police deny it.
The historians dispute it.
The Sovereigns refuse to discuss it.
Yet the words persist.
Carved into forgotten stone.
Etched into ruined reliquaries.
Whispered by things older than memory.
The prophecy speaks of a kingdom called New Heaven.
Not the Heaven of gods.
Not the Heaven of saints.
But a kingdom built by mortal hands upon the bones of a dying world.
It is said that Nox Aurelia was never meant to be the final city.
Only the bridge.
Only the wound.
Only the foundation.
Long after the City of Crowns, Ash, and Silent Wars reaches the height of its power, the old order shall crack.
The towers will darken.
The districts will fracture.
The laws that held millions together will fail.
And from those ruins another kingdom shall rise.
A kingdom called New Heaven.
The ancient texts describe a city of impossible walls and black towers crowned in silver fire.
Its roads are said to be built from the stones of forgotten empires.
Its gardens are said to bloom where battlefields once stood.
Its people are said to swear loyalty not to a senate, a corporation, or a government.
But to a single ruler.
The Marked Sovereign.
Vesper Moretti.
The prophecy does not name him king.
It names him something far older.
The Last Crown.
The texts claim that when New Heaven rises, the bones of Nox Aurelia will become its foundation.
The old city will not vanish.
It will be absorbed.
Transformed.
Every district.
Every tower.
Every street.
Every grave.
Folded into something greater.
Something dangerous.
Something inevitable.
Some scholars believe New Heaven represents political unification.
Others believe it signifies conquest.
The oldest records offer a darker interpretation.
They claim New Heaven is not merely a kingdom.
It is a correction.
A return.
A throne left empty for thousands of years finally reclaimed.
And beneath all surviving versions of the prophecy, the same final sentence appears.
Without explanation.
Without context.
Without mercy.
“When the Wolf kneels and the Axis turns, New Heaven shall open its gates.”
