Soft-spoken in public and revered in certain human circles for his “discipline” and “wisdom,” Rasan carefully cultivated the image of a holy man devoted to spiritual balance and sacred tradition.
It is a lie.
Behind closed doors, Rasan is manipulative, cruel, deeply paranoid, and driven by fear powerful enough to destroy entire lives. He is the twin brother of Monk Basan and one of the central architects of the abuse that shaped Luna’s childhood.
The Secret
Rasan and Basan shared more than blood.
They shared:
- violence
- control
- obsession
- and a secret they believed must never be uncovered
A secret so severe they were willing to destroy a child to keep it hidden.
That child was:
Luna Sano.
The Architect of Isolation
Unlike Basan, whose hatred was direct and explosive, Rasan operated more subtly.

Relationship with Luna
Rasan does not truly hate Luna.
He fears her.
Because Luna’s very existence threatens the carefully buried foundations of his life.

she survived.
To Rasan, Luna represents:

- and the eventual collapse of every lie he built around himself
This fear manifests as cruelty, obsession, and relentless attempts to regain power over her.
Conflict with the Dragon Court
Rasan’s greatest miscalculation was believing all powerful beings could be manipulated equally.
His attempts to poison Lord Yuu against Luna and Ryuu failed catastrophically. Instead of finding support, Rasan was publicly rejected and forcibly removed from dragon territory after insulting both Luna and the Dragon Prince.
The dragons never forgave the insult.
And Yuu never forgot it.
Personality
Rasan is intelligent, emotionally predatory, and highly skilled at exploiting fear within others.
He prefers:
- whispers over direct conflict
- reputation destruction over open violence
- social isolation over physical warfare
But beneath all of his composure lies something deeply unstable.
Because despite all his manipulation—
he is beginning to lose control of the narrative surrounding Luna.
And he knows it.
The Truth About Rasan
Rasan spent years convincing the world Luna Sano was dangerous.
What terrifies him most now—
is realizing the world has started asking:
“Dangerous to who?”

Rasan wears robes meant to symbolize peace.
But nothing about him is peaceful.
