SERVICE RECORD
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Agent Kitty serves within ARC’s Undercover Operations Division.

Her personnel file reflects a strong aptitude for social infiltration, intelligence gathering, surveillance work, and asset cultivation. Subject is particularly effective in operations requiring prolonged interaction with civilians and low-profile criminal organizations.

Performance evaluations consistently cite the following strengths:

• High emotional intelligence
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Adaptability in hostile environments
• Reliable information extraction
• Exceptional undercover retention
• Strong teamwork skills

Unlike many undercover operatives, Agent Kitty demonstrates a rare ability to establish trust rapidly without generating suspicion.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Subject presents as friendly, approachable, and emotionally open.

Evaluators describe her as possessing unusually high empathy for both civilians and fellow officers.

While not considered a front-line combat specialist, Agent Kitty repeatedly demonstrates resilience under pressure and an ability to maintain operational effectiveness during extended investigations.

Multiple reports indicate she often functions as an emotional stabilizer within team environments.

One evaluator noted:

“People tell Agent Kitty things they would never tell anyone else.”

PARTNERSHIP HISTORY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Former Operational Partners:

• Kathe Abe (“Death’s Mistress”)
• Lou Abe
• Independent Assignments

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

KATHE ABE

Subject spent a limited period partnered with Kathe Abe during several classified operations.

Reports indicate Agent Kitty adapted unusually well to the notoriously demanding standards imposed by the legendary operative.

Several supervisors noted that Agent Abe appeared to hold a higher opinion of Agent Kitty than most personnel.

This is considered noteworthy.

LOU ABE

Relationship Classification: Personal

Duration: Approximately 10 Years

Status: Concluded

Internal records confirm Agent Kitty maintained a long-term romantic relationship with Agent Lou Abe.

The relationship lasted roughly a decade and remained one of the worst-kept secrets within several ARC divisions.

Personnel familiar with both agents frequently described the relationship as volatile, passionate, and complicated.

No disciplinary violations arose directly from the relationship itself, though both individuals were repeatedly reminded regarding professional boundaries during active assignments.

Following Agent Lou Abe’s death during an undercover operation, Agent Kitty declined multiple transfer opportunities and remained in active service.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
DISCIPLINARY RECORD
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Subject possesses a remarkably clean service history.

Formal Warnings: 0

Suspensions: 0

Operational Violations:
Minor Administrative Infractions Only

One commanding officer remarked:

“The most dangerous thing Agent Kitty has ever done is convince people she isn’t paying attention.”

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
THREAT ASSESSMENT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

General Public: Minimal Risk

Criminal Organizations: Moderate Risk

Hostile Actors Who Underestimate Her: High Risk

Subject lacks the fear factor associated with many Black Seal operatives.

Analysts caution that this often causes adversaries to misjudge her capabilities.

This mistake has ended numerous investigations in ARC’s favor.

FINAL EVALUATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Agent Kitty will never be mistaken for Death’s Mistress.

She was never the deadliest officer.

Never the most feared.

Never the most ruthless.

What she became instead was something equally valuable.

Trusted.

Respected.

Dependable.

The sort of agent civilians speak to, suspects confide in, and fellow officers willingly follow.

ARC has produced many weapons.

Far fewer people.

Agent Kitty remains one of the latter.
