Candi

Age: 32
Height: 5’6″
Occupation: Former dancer at Helix

Candi is a pale, brown-eyed woman with long dark hair and a body she learned early could command attention.

She once stripped at Helix and remains familiar with its regulars, rivalries, and unspoken rules. Candi enjoys being desired and resents anyone who draws attention away from her—particularly when that attention belongs to Daemon.

She wants the Devil as her own.

What she feels is less love than possession sharpened by vanity. Daemon’s lack of interest only deepens her obsession. She cannot understand why a man feared throughout Wolfwater would choose a silent young woman over someone as openly available as herself.

Candi sees Femi’s gentleness and mistakes it for competition she should easily defeat.

She fails to understand that Daemon was never waiting for the loudest woman in the room.

He was waiting for quiet.
